Shipping and Returns


We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days via Royal Mail, but please check the product listing for any product specific shipping details.

We do our best to make sure our packaging is plastic free and compostable, so please take into consideration how you dispose of any packaging. You may even like to reuse the packaging, if you can!


We really hope you love your order, however if you are not happy with it you can return the item(s) as long as it is within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To start a return please contact us at to get the item(s) sent back to us. 

Once, we have received the item/items, we will process an exchange or refund, providing it is/they are in original condition, of course. 

All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with packaging in tact and undamaged.

Please note: We will process refunds as quickly as possible. However, if we’re really busy, it can take up-to 7 days from the date of receipt, or up to 10 days during the busy Christmas and sale periods. 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will sort that for you. As a small business, we can not be held responsible if the return parcel gets lost in the post. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your items and make sure you keep your proof of postage.

Faulty/ Damaged items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email us as soon as possible, at with photos and any details you can about the issue.

Exceptions/ Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, sale items, custom/personalised items are excluded from the returns policy, these are non-returnable due to the nature of the products.



We will notify you via email once we have received the return to let you know whether it has been approved for a refund or not. If approved, we will refund you to the original payment method. Please note that this may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
